What are Member Services?
What is the difference between Professional and Studio?
Member Services is part of our project division, which is additional to the membership services; think site redesigns, graphic design, copywriting, translation, email newsletters, etc. These services are exclusively available for members at a discounted rate. After a quote is provided, you’ll be allocated a Project Manager to move forward.
Studio is our strategy-driven management tier; you work with a dedicated director on reaching your business goals, aided by monthly touch bases and custom projects. Premium is a tech support membership tier where you communicate via email-only with a team of support specialists.
How does cancellation work? Are there any hidden fees?
I need a new website. Is this included with my membership?
We don't believe in locking any of our members in. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of your current subscription period.
Premium website theme and installation is included with all our membership plans. It’s not included in the membership (regardless of tier), but we most certainly work on custom websites and redesigns through our Members-Only Studio Services. You can learn more here!

You can join our membership on the Professional tier directly here! Shortly after signing up, you will receive a hello from our onboarding team who will also need to get your site details. Once we have this information, our work together begins.
